Pentecost Sunday, May 31

A Call to the body of Christ to unite together on Pentecost Sunday to walk our community and neighborhoods in prayer. Pentecost is often referred to as the birthday of the church, when the Risen Christ poured out His Spirit upon the disciples and they were filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. They emerged with a fire that would change the world in the name of Jesus Christ.
The Brunswick and Glynn County community is in need of God’s power and presence. We have been humbled by COVID-19, and heart broken with local tragedy. We ask and invite you to take a 30 minute prayer walk on the Sunday afternoon of Pentecost to pray for God’s work in our community. May thousands of us take part – setting aside time to walk our community in prayer. #ForGlynn
